Hi everyone! My name is Shannon Falk-Johnson, and I’m proud to say I’m a Crooked River Ranch real estate broker and resident.
A little bit about myself; I am a mom of three incredible humans, (all grown), as well as Nana to three handsome grandsons, one beautiful little granddaughter, and a happy wife to my amazing husband!!
Always a rural Oregonian, I grew up on a little farm near the town of Dufur, Oregon, where I later raised my family, helped with our family business, and started my real estate career way back in 1998.
I am an animal lover! While my kids were still at home, I was a horse and swine 4-H leader for many years, a high school equestrian team assistant coach, and I hauled many kids, including my own, to all kinds of livestock and horse shows. Today our little animal menagerie includes all kinds of critters; Many of them are retirees, and most are rescues!
My husband and I both love to garden and can!! I paint and craft when I have time, hike the mountains, fish, camp, hunt mushrooms…pretty much anything outdoors, but my true love is cooking for the people that I love, and the occational gathering!
My career in real estate began with residential properties, as well as specializing in short sales and foreclosures. Later came commercial, farm and agricultural properties. Those were tough, but learning years, and were important to expand my knowledge base, learning from some amazing mentors, principal brokers and companies. However, after so many years in the business, I am finally able to focus on what my heart truly loves, which is representing both buyers and sellers with residential properties, ranchettes, horse properties and farms. I also love helping first time home buyers. There is nothing better than seeing the pride and excitement someone feels being able to purchase their very first home!!
I am so happy to call Central Oregon and Crooked River Ranch my home, and Crooked River Realty is a perfect place for me to hang my hat (and license)! Feel free to give me a call, or come on by the office to share a cup of coffee and chat!
